The Victorian Law Reform Commission (VLRC) is the central agency for law reform in Victoria. This session explores the role and functions of the VLRC, and its current inquiry into stalking.
The session covers the legal definition of stalking, the effects of stalking on individuals, current issues with reporting stalking, and options for reform.
