Inclusive Juries - Access for People Who Are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Blind or Have Low Vision: Consultation Paper and Survey

The Victorian Law Reform Commission is reviewing how to reform the law to make it easier for people who are  deaf, hard of hearing, blind or have low vision to serve on juries.

We are keen to obtain community input on this law reform project. This page includes links to consultation material in a range of formats.

Follow the links at the bottom of the page to view the Consultation Paper, a Summary of the Consultation Paper (choose from pdf or Word options), and the survey.

Watch these videos of the summary paper and the community survey translated into Auslan. You can also listen to an audio version of the summary paper.

The videos were created for the Commission by Expressions Australia.

Make a submission and/or respond to the survey by 28 February 2021.
