Family Violence Laws: Consultation Paper (pdf)

In November 2002, the Commission was asked by the Attorney-General to review and report on the laws and systems in relation to family violence.

After preliminary research, a consultation paper, released in November 2004, asked for submissions. The final report was delivered in 2006.
