Jury Empanelment: Report (pdf and Word)

Tabled in the Victorian Parliament on 3 September 2014, the Commission’s final report on jury empanelment contained 16 recommendations in three areas: 1) peremptory challenges and the Crown right to stand aside; 2) calling of the panel by name or number; 3) and additional jurors.
