In June 2014, after preliminary research, the Victorian Law Reform Commission published a consultation paper on the practice by landlords and owners of publishing photographs and videos of residences which include tenants' possessions. As well as covering the issues and perspectives, the paper asked for submissions. (Submissions are now closed).
