Submissions are your ideas or opinions about the law the Commission has under review. Submissions can be written, such as emails or letters, or verbal, such as a telephone conversations or face-to-face meetings.
Submissions can be as short or long as you want.
If you don’t want the Commission to refer to your submission or include your name in a publication, you need to tell us. Unless you tell us you want your submission to be confidential it can be read by any member of the public in our offices and uploaded to our website.
